People As a consulting analyst in the High Tech industry team, you will engage with our clients’ to understand their key challenges and requests and work with them in a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with clients from multiple functions and domains (Project Leaders, Manufacturing engineers, Supply chain planning experts, Product owners etc.) to translate client’s ambition/strategy into seamless execution.

Processes You will support our clients on a variety of challenges like: How to shape an end-to-end digital transformation journey? How to reduce risks and secure deliveries in the global Supply Chain? How to transform into a data-driven enterprise and leveraging new technologies to gain competitive advantage? How to optimize end-to-end processes and guide our clients towards increased levels of execution efficiency and effectiveness? How to reduce manufacturing cycle time?

Technology You will work with both Backend Data Science Tools (e.g., Python, Alteryx, Cloud platforms) and Frontend Data Visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Spotfire) to develop data-driven insights.

Data Although you are not a true data scientist, you are able to come up with concepts and solutions to build data models for our clients. More importantly, you can understand the story behind data and identify key insights to address the challenges faced by our clients.

Qualifications
Here's what you'll need

Master’s degree, preferably on the cross-section of technology/engineering and business management;

Living in or willing to travel to Eindhoven
-
0-2 or more years work experience in the High Tech Industry;
-
Consulting experience is looked upon favourably;
-
Proactive, result- driven individual that is looking to grow;
-
Affinity with data analytics and related technologies.
Bonus point's if you have

Data visualization (frontend) tools e.g.: PowerBI, Spotfire

Data science (backend) tools e.g.: Python, Alteryx, Cloud platforms

Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Process mining, Business Process Management, Design Thinking, Storytelling & SAFe
