What we are looking for
Our ideal Beyond Borders applicants will have the following traits.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree,
- Have studied or worked internationally
- Have done an undergraduate work placement or internship
- Can speak a second language

You’ll have wide support from a variety of people within Beiersdorf when you join. This will include your peers, previous graduates, rotation line managers, a mentor and HR. You’ll get to know your graduate peers following structured induction activities and the graduates from previous years can give you an insight into their experiences here so far. All of these connections will allow you to develop not only professionally, but personally too.
We are focused on developing you, a top talent, into an international business leader of the future. All of our graduate development programs are geared towards delivering this goal. You will be involved in a wide range of learning and development initiatives including training workshops, on the job coaching, mentoring and graduate group projects. There’s also the opportunity to study for further professional qualifications whilst on the scheme.

Marketing at Beiersdorf is behind the development and innovation of some of the world’s largest brands. Departments within marketing include consumer insight, brand management, digital marketing and consumer relations who work together to build brands that consumers bond with every day. You could be placed within the role of an Assistant Brand Manager within Marketing on the scheme.
Beyond Borders balances cross functional, international experience and functional expertise. This allows us to develop business managers that have broad commercial knowledge and in depth functional expertise.
Your experience at Beiersdorf will include with a 12 month placement in a function of your choice; Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Management or Marketing. The journey will continue with rotations into two further business functions for a period of six months each. You’ll also get to experience a variety of customers, colleagues and cultures with at least one of your rotations being in another country within Northern Europe
