By joining our two-year development program, you’ll receive the ideal combination of ‘learning’ and ‘doing’ to build the fundamentals needed for your SCM career. You’ll gain specific ASML product and process knowledge and interact with other departments across the business and the world. You will be based at our headquarters in the Netherlands or at any of the worldwide locations near our customers and factories in the U.S. or Asia, where you will be trained in a specific role combining technical and operational skills to tackle high-tech, complex projects. You will have the unique opportunity to learn about a broad range of our operations: from securing on-time delivery of materials and interaction with suppliers to optimizing inventory levels across our warehouses, reacting to customer demand.
Together with your mentor and professional coach, you will drive your personal development as well as have the opportunity to join professional training sessions to strengthen your skill set.

We will organize three selection days throughout 2019. In case you want to be considered for the SCM Talent Program, you need to be available for at least one of the dates below:
- March 22, 2019 (application deadline March 10)
- June 14, 2019 (application deadline May 17)
- September 12, 2019 (application deadline August 23)

Here’s some more information about what we’re looking for:
- Recent graduates or nearly graduated. Did you graduate less than a year ago or are you in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree program? Then we encourage you to apply! (You’ll need to obtain your diploma before you start working.)
- A study background in one of the following fields:
