ABN AMRO
Want to kick off your career in the financial world? Our Corporate and Institutional Banking Talent Programme might just be the perfect springboard for you. This in-depth programme will prepare you for a role with ABN AMRO Corporate and Institutional Banking.
The programme
The programme starts with a five-week crash course at Nyenrode University, where you’ll join our Corporate and Institutional Banking trainees. This is where you’ll be taught about banking, get to know all the ins and outs of ABN AMRO and work on your personal development. You’ll take interactive financial courses, such as financial modeling and valuation. After the course, you’ll move on to your specialisation. At this juncture, you’ll learn the tricks of the trade right where the action is: on the shop floor. You might be stationed outside the Netherlands for a few months, perhaps in New York or Singapore. We guarantee that you’ll be working on multiple projects and rotations, both in the discipline you started in and in other areas. It goes without saying that we won’t just be covering subject matter issues. Your personal development is important to us as well. The team of coaches, who will mentor you throughout the programme, is happy to engage in a dialogue with you about your projects or plans for the future.
What the Corporate and Institutional Banking Talent Programme will look like for you and how long the programme will be depends on the discipline you choose. You can apply for one of the following starting tracks:
