About the position

Purpose of the position
In this role, you will assist with the implementation and monitoring of global rewards initiatives across the organization in coordination with the Director Global Reward, Regional Reward Directors and HRBPs. In addition you will be involved with analyzing and recommending pay ranges, job evaluation, merit matrix, budget for compensation programs, as well as support in researching, gathering, and analyzing relevant data.
- Driving annual survey reporting to internal and external sources and further develop pay ranges based on market statistics and insights
- Supporting the annual compensation review and bonus payout process
- Supporting policy making and optimizing mobility frameworks and processes
- Supporting various Total remuneration initiatives, by contributing to the operational/analytical part of the work Performing job evaluation
- Initiate and draft policy changes or proposals and be able to do a cost simulation
- Undertake selective benefits analysis and reviews
- Support Employee data insights and Headcount analysis
- Responding to request for information for internal stakeholders to the team and ad-hoc requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or management. Master’s degree is preferred
- At least three to five years in C&B function or with a compensation consultancy
- Strong understanding on qualitative and quantitative analytics methods
- Strong work ethic: Ddsciplined, hardworking, and dependable
- Enjoy individual contribution role
- Proficient and expert with Microsoft Office Excel and similar software for analytics e.g. pivot, power BI
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the human resources compensation field and understanding of compensation practices and trends.
- Knowledge in job evaluation methodology e.g. HAY, MERCER IPE and be able to make role - clarification documents would be preferred
- Experience with pay-setting and compensation, benchmarking, and salary survey
- Fluent in English
