What impact will you make? Interested in working inside the world of HR Technology by rotating between five teams in the Human Transformation department? During a period of 12 months, you will experience working on various projects which focus on advising- and implementing technology solutions and guiding clients in their digital HR Transformation. Together with a small group of co-trainees you will learn more about consulting, yourselves and your personal preferences through the programme.

How do you do this?
- Following trainings to gain certifications in the latest HR software systems, such as: SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle HCM and ServiceNow;
- Supporting clients in their Digital HR Transformation whilst advising on the role of contemporary HR Technology and/or emerging Digital HR solutions, in order to meet employee needs and to obtain a future-proof HRIT landscape;
- Providing advice on new innovative ideas, applications, configuration & developing and how to use them within one of the technology solutions;
- Organizing and co-facilitating workshops and/or meetings with the client, e.g. focused on Operating Model design, future of HR, digital HR, etc.;
- Consulting, configuring and implementing digital solutions;
- Responsible for specific (sub)deliverables in a project team.

- Work part-time (32 hours a week) or full-time (40-hours a week).
- You have a Bachelors, HBO or Master’s degree (can be Human Capital or IT related but is not a hard requirement);
- A special interest in Technology or HR which is reflected in your choice of study, internship, work experience, (student) associations or in personal projects/businesses;
- Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent social and communication skills;
- The ability to work in international teams;
- Eager to learn and enjoy finding new ways to solve complex problems;
- An excellent command of written and spoken English.
You will share your expertise with about 60 other colleagues in the HR Transformation team that is part of Deloitte Consulting. Our team services HR and business leaders to drive business results. This includes transforming HR operations and payroll with leading HR cloud technologies (Workday HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HR) and other analytic and mobile solutions that enhance service delivery, enable innovation and reenergize the experience of staff and clients.
