As Digital Marketing trainee you will be part of the global digital marketing team of Perfetti van Melle. As such you will be involved in setting the digital agenda, creating award winning global campaigns, a Perfetti Van Melle digital way of working, and be a consultant for marketing teams all over the world. Your work will focus on our main brands: Mentos and Chupa Chups!
- Analyze and optimize digital media campaigns from around the world;
- Coordinating large scale projects such as launching and continuously improving the brand websites in over 30 markets;
- Creating social reports to help markets understand and improve their performance on social channels;
- Collaborate with our global media partners: Facebook, Google and Snapchat;
- Collaborating in the roll out of global campaigns for our main brands;
- Coordinate digital training sessions for our digital champions;
- Manage our internal marketing website.

Kwalificaties
For this position we are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial yet hands-on, young professional with an international mind-set. You have a strong affinity for new media, digital marketing and like to dive into analytics tools to understand and optimize performance. You are fluent in English and available as of May 2017 latest.
Key requirements for this position are
- University level degree in Business Management, Marketing Management or a similar field;
- Love for analyzing, understanding and using data;
- Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively;
- Great communication skills;
- Great project management skills;
- Experience with digital marketing, entrepreneurial experience, website management or agency are an advantage.
