International Marketing Graduate Traineeship

The Group Marketing Department of Perfetti Van Melle is looking for an International Marketing trainee in the Indulgence marketing team (Alpenliebe, Chupa Chups, Fruittella).

The trainee will be part of the brand team responsible for Alpenliebe.

We are looking for an ambitious trainee to support the team. We offer a straight forward, challenging assignment in a dynamic and growing company and your input will contribute to the success of our brand.

 

 

The trainee will be able to work on product development, consumer research, media activation (web site, social media, ..), together with the Brand Managers.

 

He / She will contribute to  the Brand Development in key operating companies

by helping local teams to establish the global brand positioning and apply the global brand strategy while taking into account local challenges.

 

 

He / She will support, guide and help operating companies with marketing related requests and build trust with local teams to further improve relationship with our internal partners.

 

 

Besides the trainee will be actively supporting the brand team in the following areas:

 -  Market intelligence monitoring

 - Project and best practice exchange with operating companies across the  world

 - Support in the preparation of qualitative and quantitative researches

 - Support on product concept development

 - Brand report analysis

 - Artwork development process

 - Competition samples/info collection and exchange with countries

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a MS Degree in business, marketing with at least 1 year of experience in marketing (brand management) within FMCG fast moving consumer goods company. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is required.

The candidate should have the following competencies :
