Join a 2,5-years International Graduate HR program, in which you will be fulfilling challenging assignments of all major areas of HR in two different geographies within Philips. The traineeship focusses on ‘learning on the job’, mentoring and training. You are responsible for
We have several assignments in multiple geographies available that will help you to unfold your career aspiration as a well-rounded HR professional and within the trainee positions, each assignment has a specific focus.
Examples of teams and assignments
All activities will be specifically tailored to your experience and country you will be placed in. An example of such activities could be:
- Supporting with creation of an onboarding program in a Market;
- Analyze trends that will affect retention of employees;
- Review and update HR policies;
- Work on compensation and benefits program;
- Roll-out an initiative to help to attract and retain top talents;
- Take action on regular Employee Survey and Engagement metrics in a Market;
- Develop training program for employees and their managers;
- Support the factory/office staffing activity;
- Support Succession Planning of organization / Talent Exchange activities.
- Recently graduated or will graduate latest August 2018 with a Master’s Degree (e.g. HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics);
- Max 1 year of work experience straight after your graduation;
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, so you can persuade colleagues at all ranks in the organization;
- International experience or an international mindset and the ability to use internal and external resources to maximize the value for the company and its customers;
- For the coming 3 years you are fully internationally mobile for assignments in different geographies;
- Project and change management skills;
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager and ambitious.
- Speak and write fluent English.

As a trainee you will receive a contract for the period of 2,5 years, with excellent labor conditions.
When you are interested to join the Philips’ HR traineeship, please apply online latest by 30th of September 2018. Upload your CV, motivation and grade list; if you pass the pre-selection round you will be invited at the beginning of October 2018 to make an online ability test. When successfully completed the online test you will be invited for interviews with a campus recruiter and manager, these will take place in November 2018. When you successfully complete the selection process, you are able to start the 1st week of January 2019 in your first assignment which is especially created for this program.
