In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive change by means of implementing Philips Excellence in IT and steering the Management Traineeship to a success. You will bring the culture of IT to the next level in close collaboration with the IT Leadership Team by communicating and activating Lean. Through the Management Traineeship, you are securing a platform to attract the digital natives and developing the leaders of the future.
You are responsible for
- Leading the people and culture track in Lean Implementation;
- The communication to the IT audience in the Lean implementation;
- Training the IT organization on Lean tools like Daily Management, Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping;
- Selecting and onboarding new trainees twice a year;
- In the lead for traineeship program development to create a training program and visibility for the trainees in the broader organization;
- Talent review of the trainees;
- People management (mentoring and coaching) in the first year of the traineeship.
The IT Governance team, a team of 50+ dedicated professionals. The total team focusses on Strategy Execution, Performance Management, Lean deployment, Management Traineeship, Risk, Compliancy & Quality, Portfolio Management and Visibility & Engagement within the corporate IT organization.
The team has close contact with the IT Leadership Team.
- Background in Business and/or Technical related Master Degree
- Lean certified (or the ambition to become certified)
- Affinity with talent development of the digital natives in terms of coaching and mentoring
- Comfortable in engaging and presenting for senior management
- You like to get things done and see the impact of your work
